Role Summary
Lead sales & admissions for 38 schools in your zone. Manage multi-location sales teams, drive walk-ins, conversions & revenue growth. Report to the Zonal Business Head.
Key Responsibilities
- Own admissions & revenue targets
- Lead & manage school sales teams
- Drive lead funnel, follow-ups & closures
- Run local sales campaigns
- Conduct weekly sales reviews & reporting
- Ensure SOP compliance across schools
Preferred Backgrounds
- EdTech, Telecom, E-Commerce, BFSI, Education (K12)
- Strong B2C field sales & multi-location management
- Track record of achieving sales targets
Requirements
- 815 years experience
- Strong team leadership
- Excellent communication & parent interaction skills
- 6-day workweek (alternate Saturdays off)
