  • Drive aftermarket revenue through OEM spares, retrofits and upgrade opportunities
  • Develop and execute zonal sales strategy for West or South India
  • Lead, coach and grow the regional aftermarket sales team
  • Build long‑term relationships with key customers and channel partners
  • Identify lifecycle, reliability and efficiency improvement opportunities

The Successful Applicant

  • 15+ years of experience in aftermarket sales within rotating equipment or pumps
  • Strong exposure to OEM spares, retrofits and service‑led solutions
  • Proven people leadership and regional sales management experience
  • Strong customer orientation with a consultative selling approach
  • Based in or open to Mumbai or Chennai
