Position Overview
We are seeking an accomplished and ambitious Zonal Manager West, based in Mumbai, to lead our business operations across Maharashtra, Gujarat, Goa, and other Western territories.
The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in the HVAC & MEP segment, strong technical acumen in Pumps, Valves, Chillers, and related systems, and an established professional network among HVAC & MEP consultants, contractors, and key project stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and drive business growth across the Western Zone for the company's range of HVAC, Water, and Energy-efficient products.
- Develop and strengthen relationships with HVAC consultants, MEP consultants, architects, contractors, and project management consultants (PMCs).
- Secure project specifications, registrations, and approvals from leading MEP/HVAC firms.
- Plan and execute zonal sales strategies to achieve revenue, booking, and billing targets.
- Identify and pursue large-scale commercial, institutional, and industrial projects across the region.
- Work closely with OEMs, design, and service teams to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction.
- Build and mentor a motivated regional sales team to achieve business objectives.
- Represent Ensavior at technical seminars, consultant meets, and key industry networking events.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Qualification: B.E./B. Tech in Mechanical Engineering (MBA preferred).
- Experience: 1215 years of experience in HVAC or MEP building services industry and should be working in the capacity of Zonal Manager /Senior Manager.
- Domain Knowledge: Deep understanding of Pumps, Valves, Chillers, Air-side equipment, and integrated HVAC systems.
- Network Strength: Strong connections with HVAC & MEP consultants, contractors, and decision-makers across Western India.
- Leadership: Proven record of leading sales teams and achieving business goals.
- Personality: Energetic, strategic thinker with strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Location: Must be currently based in Mumbai
