Job Description

Job Introduction:

Responsible for recruiting blue-collar manpower as per targets; leverage a mix of sourcing channels (walk-ins, drives, recruitment partners) to ensure timely, cost-effective, and quality hiring. Track the progress and effectiveness of hiring events, and monitor candidate movement to training centers.

Recruitment Planning

  • Review monthly and rolling 2-month hiring targets by location and headcount
  • Analyze past trends to plan sourcing through appropriate channels (drives, walk-ins, homecoming, etc.)
  • Identify actions and resource needs for each sourcing channel
  • Finalize and review the recruitment plan with the Recruitment Lead, incorporating feedback and guidance

Recruitment Execution

  • Execute hiring initiatives as per the approved plan
  • Arrange required resources and mobilize the recruitment team
  • Actively participate in hiring events, tracking their progress and effectiveness
  • Ensure adherence to internal processes and statutory guidelines for direct manpower hiring
  • Follow up to ensure candidate onboarding at training centers with proper documentation
  • Coordinate with training schools regarding hiring numbers and candidate details
  • Monitor hiring progress and adjust plans as needed
  • Prepare and share relevant MIS reports for internal use
