Key Responsibilities:
Customer Needs Assessment & Proposal Development
- Translate customer requirements into specific solution designs.
- Prepare and present product demonstrations, proofs of concept (POCs), and technical presentations.
- Develop and deliver customized proposals including pricing and technical specifications.
- Provide guidance and training to the sales team on product knowledge.
Sales & Product Support / Relationship Building
- Support sales teams with strategy development and pricing models.
- Participate in sales calls to provide technical expertise and handle customer queries.
- Draft and review responses to RFPs (Requests for Proposals) and RFQs (Requests for Quotes).
- Act as the technical liaison between customers and the company.
- Stay updated on product developments, features, and market trends.
- Train sales teams on new products and market positioning.
- Develop strong relationships with key decision-makers and act as a trusted advisor.
Collaboration & Process Improvement
- Coordinate with product, marketing, and delivery teams to ensure feasible solutions.
- Provide customer feedback to product teams to enhance offerings and sales strategies.
- Track pre-sales activities and report on pipeline status.
- Forecast potential sales and contribute to overall sales strategy.
- Continuously evaluate and improve pre-sales processes for efficiency.
