• Ensure seamless customer experience from lead generation to closure
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project execution

Process & Performance Optimization
• Monitor sales dashboards, reports, and funnel performance
• Improve field processes to maximize productivity and conversions
• Ensure timely reporting and data management through CRM tools
Requirements
• Mandatory experience in field sales and team handling
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Target-driven mindset with strong ownership approach
• Open to extensive travel and on-ground activities
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
