Job Description

Sales & Business Growth 

• Drive field sales operations and ensure achievement of regional sales targets • Lead and manage field sales teams across the assigned zone 

• Identify new business opportunities and market expansion strategies 

• Monitor lead generation, customer meetings, and conversion metrics 

• Ensure strong pipeline management and closure efficiency 

• Drive B2C sales initiatives and on-ground execution 

Team Management 

• Manage, mentor, and motivate Team Leads and field sales executives 

• Track team productivity, field movement, and performance metrics 

• Conduct regular performance reviews and training sessions 

• Ensure discipline, ownership, and target-driven execution within the team 

Customer Experience 

• Ensure seamless customer experience from lead generation to closure 

• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project execution 

• Resolve escalations and maintain high customer satisfaction levels

 

Process & Performance Optimization 

• Monitor sales dashboards, reports, and funnel performance 

• Improve field processes to maximize productivity and conversions 

• Ensure timely reporting and data management through CRM tools

 

Requirements 

• Mandatory experience in field sales and team handling 

• Strong leadership and people management skills 

• Target-driven mindset with strong ownership approach 

• Open to extensive travel and on-ground activities 

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
