Job Roles and Responsibilities:-
You are responsible for overall growth of the east zone.
Ensure and maintain a good coordination with internal sales team, warehouse team, technicalteam and backend Team.
Tracking day to day sales report of each and every executives under your territories.
Ensure proper guidance on product and providing solutions towards successful business to the executives.
Identifying big size fabricator and closing.
Setting up a Target for every month and ensuring of numbers to get achieved.
Maintaining a good rapport with the fabricators and advising them for their regular business growth.
Conducting sales training program at fabricators place.
Hand holding for project meetings
Conducting architect events periodically in state wise.
Focusing on Government projects and getting approvals from government department from the respective territories allotted as your region of work.
Competitor mapping analysis report to be submitted to the management on monthly basis.
Collection plan and follow ups through theexecutives.
Ensure business development support for Simta's other verticals like, Aluminium and Interior and modular systems.
