We are seeking a dynamic Zonal Sales Head to lead sales operations across your assigned zone, driving revenue growth and market share. A key focus will be on acquiring and nurturing relationships with Category B & C real estate developers and brokers, meeting ambitious sales targets, and unlocking new revenue streams through a diversified product portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Planning & Execution
- Develop and roll out annual and quarterly sales plans to exceed targets and expand regional footprint.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to refine go-to-market strategies.
Team Leadership & Development
- Recruit, train, and mentor a team of Account Managers; set clear goals and monitor performance.
- Foster a high-performance culture aligned with organizational values.
Client & Stakeholder Management
- Build and sustain strong relationships with developers, brokers, and other key partners.
- Ensure top-tier customer satisfaction through proactive engagement and resolution of issues.
Product Collaboration
- Partner with product teams to shape offerings based on field feedback and market needs.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure seamless service delivery.
Business Growth
- Leverage existing industry network to drive penetration in new and under-served markets.
- Achieve and manage a monthly B2B sales book of 10-15 crore.
