Job Purpose
Role Objective:
To drive NPS business growth across the West Zone by accelerating corporate acquisition, increasing PRAN generation, and enhancing AUA through strategic distribution management and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive corporate acquisition (Large, Mid & MSME segments) across the West region.
- Achieve zone-level targets for PRAN generation and AUA growth.
- Deepen penetration in existing corporates through MSF adoption, voluntary contributions & family proposition (Spouse / Vatsalya).
- Lead, mentor and monitor Regional / Territory Managers for performance delivery.
- Build strong relationships with HR, CFOs, CXOs and decision-makers for institutional NPS onboarding.
- Identify opportunities for Superannuation migration and POP shifting to strengthen AUA.
- Ensure effective coordination between PIFA, Group Business & Operations teams.
- Monitor MIS, productivity metrics, and drive corrective action plans
