As the Zonal Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end execution of regional sales strategies. You will manage a diverse portfolio of media solutions, including advertising, sponsorships, and integrated digital campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive Revenue: Achieve monthly and annual targets through strategic media sales and business development.
- Lead Teams: Mentor and manage regional sales teams to maximize productivity and foster a collaborative culture.
- Build Partnerships: Cultivate long-term relationships with CXOs, senior stakeholders, and advertising agencies.
- Optimize Performance: Monitor KPIs, maintain an accurate sales pipeline, and provide periodic performance reports to senior management.
What We're Looking For
- Experience: 7–10 years in corporate media or B2B sales, with prior experience in regional team management.
- Education: A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Mass Communication.
- Skills: Exceptional negotiation, relationship management, and analytical skills.
- Technical Savvy: Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.
