Job Role

Lead growth initiatives for Consumer Durable Loans across the assigned zone
Enable a streamlined and positive interface between customers and dealers
Onboard and nurture dealer partners to drive business growth
Establish and strengthen new dealer and manufacturer collaborations
Deliver zonal growth and profitability by effectively steering Cluster Managers and the larger sales team
Introduce and implement new marketing & sales promotion initiatives for the region by coordinating with the product team
Assess capability gaps and drive targeted training interventions to improve team effectiveness
Lead growth of the consumer loan business through open market sourcing,branch network and dealer partnerships
Focus on hiring the right talent,strengthening team dynamics,boosting motivation and ensuring high retention levels
Provide market intelligence on business trends,product positioning and competitive proposals
