Job Description
Position involves following areas of responsibility –
- Responsible for Outsourcing partner identification & roll out
- Responsible for implementation of business models for agency appointments
- Ensuring timely allocation
- To govern agencies for performance & CoC
- To review daily performance & plan actions
- Maintain and track agency performance on regional level
- Design Monthly Business Review (MBR) decks & implement across partners in the region
- To roll out various incentive plans to drive efficiency at partners
- Responsible for Collections & bad through Agency route
- Effective Vendor Management and Payments to Agencies
- Maintain & Control Cost of Collections as per AoP
Essential Attributes;
Proficient in MS Office utilities
Knowledge of telecom industry for automation initiatives
High energy & potential for partner drive & management
Knowledge about documentation policy, provisioning systems (EPOS, Metasolv), activitation process
Enterprise Product Knowledge VOICE and DATA
