Lead a comprehensive initiative across all branches to strengthen digital penetration, achieving 80% registration of active Gold Loan customers on the iMuthoot application.

Digital Collections Growth - Increasing the volume and value of collections coming through digital channels, specially the iMuthoot Application.

.Customer Onboarding Expansion & Education - Bringing new customers into the digital fold and ensuring they know how to use the platforms.

.Branch Digital Officer Performance - Measuring the productivity and effectiveness of the digital officers on the ground.

.Cross-Selling & Ecosystem Adoption - Encourage customers to use multiple digital products/services within our ecosystem.

.Operational Support - Efficiency and speed in resolving technical glitches and operational issues.
