Job Description

Role & responsibilities

To support HR operations across multiple centers within the assigned zone, with focus on recruitment coordination, onboarding, employee experience, documentation, and basic compliance support.

1. Recruitment & Joining Coordination

  • Coordinate with recruiters and center heads to support hiring needs.
  • Schedule interviews and follow up for documentation and joining formalities.
  • Ensure new joiners receive offer letters, onboarding kits, and system access on time.

2. Employee Experience (Post-Joining)

  • Act as the first point of contact for new employees for the initial settling period.
  • Ensure smooth onboarding experience and follow up in the first few weeks.
  • Help resolve early-stage employee issues by coordinating with relevant departments (IT, Admin, Payroll, etc.).

3. Documentation & HR System Update

  • Maintain employee files and ensure all documents are collected and uploaded.
  • Update details in HRMS/HRIS and assist in generating reports.

4. Employee Queries & Support

  • Address basic HR-related queries from employees.
  • Escalate issues to seniors if required and ensure timely resolution.

5. Coordination with Central HR

  • Work closely with central HR team for issuing letters, ID cards, HRMS access, etc.
  • Support zone-wide HR initiatives and engagement activities.

Key Skills:

  • Good communication and follow-up skills
  • Basic knowledge of HR operations and onboarding processes
  • Familiarity with MS Office and HRMS tools
  • Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
  • Ability to manage tasks across multiple centers
