Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Oversee end-to-end HR operations across all showrooms in the assigned zone.
  • Manage talent acquisition, onboarding, and induction for showroom staff in coordination with central HR.
  • Implement and monitor HR policies, processes, and SOPs at the zonal level.
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives to improve retention, morale, and productivity.
  • Monitor attendance, discipline, and workplace conduct through regular showroom visits and reporting systems.
  • Support performance appraisals, goal setting, and career development plans in consultation with store managers and HO.
  • Ensure timely processing of payroll inputs, leaves, and attendance records in coordination with payroll teams.
  • Maintain statutory compliance with labor laws including ESI, PF, Shops & Establishments Act, etc.
  • Investigate and resolve employee grievances and disciplinary issues promptly and fairly.
  • Conduct regular HR audits and ensure documentation and records are up-to-date.
  • Act as a strategic HR business partner to the zonal leadership for manpower planning and HR strategy alignment.
