Looking for a senior HR leader to drive people strategy, governance, and capability building across regions.

Key Highlights:

• Building and execution of talent acquisition strategy, hiring quality & attrition trends
• Lead zone-level HR strategy aligned to business goals
• Guide & mentor Regional HR teams
• Drive HR governance, compliance & audit readiness
• Ensure performance management & culture alignment
• Act as escalation authority for critical Employee relations matters
• Enable data-driven HR decisions through analytics

Ideal Profile:

• 15+ years in HR/ Team leaders in Sales with multi-location leadership exposure
• Strong in Talent Acquisition, HRBP, governance & stakeholder management
• Experience in leading HR teams at scale
