  • Guide & mentor Regional HR teams
  • Drive HR governance, compliance & audit readiness
  • Ensure performance management & culture alignment
  • Act as escalation authority for critical Employee relations matters
  • Enable data-driven HR decisions through analytics

Ideal Profile:

  • 15+ years in HR/ Team leaders in Sales with multi-location leadership exposure
  • Strong in Talent Acquisition, HRBP, governance & stakeholder management
  • Experience in leading HR teams at scale
