- Act as escalation authority for critical Employee relations matters
- Enable data-driven HR decisions through analytics
Ideal Profile:
- 15+ years in HR/ Team leaders in Sales with multi-location leadership exposure
- Strong in Talent Acquisition, HRBP, governance & stakeholder management
- Experience in leading HR teams at scale
