Job Description


1. Business Growth & Revenue Management

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve zonal sales and revenue targets

  • Identify new market opportunities and expand customer base

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs

2. Team Leadership & Management

  • Lead, mentor, and manage regional/area managers and sales teams

  • Set performance targets and conduct regular reviews

  • Build a high-performance and result-oriented culture

3. Operations & Execution

  • Oversee day-to-day operations across the zone

  • Ensure adherence to company policies, processes, and compliance standards

  • Optimize resources for maximum efficiency and profitability

4. Client & Stakeholder Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners

  • Resolve escalations and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction

  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, finance, HR, etc.)

5. Financial Management

  • Manage zonal budgets, P&L, and cost control measures

  • Track financial performance and implement corrective actions


6. Reporting & Analytics

  • Prepare periodic reports on performance, forecasts, and insights

  • Use data-driven decision-making to improve business outcomes
