Retail Sales & Operations

  • Own topline & bottom line performances for all EBO/FOFO/COFO/COCO stores across South & West.
  • Drive LTL growth, SPSF, conversion and ticket sizes across the zone.
  • Monitor store level inventory health, sell through, ageing and replenishment.
  • Review and improve store productivity and operational efficiencies.

Store Operations Excellence

  • Define, implement and continuously upgrade retail SOPs across all formats (FOFO, COCO & COFO's)
  • Implement promotional plan as per marketing calendar.
  • Ensure adherence to VM standards, brand guidelines and customer experience norms.
  • Drive operational discipline in opening & closing routines, audits and compliance.
  • Implement & track Customer Experience measurement tools (Mystery Audits, NPS, Audit scores).
  • Work closely with L&D to design, 1) frontline selling skills programs, 2) Store manager capability frameworks.

Business Development & Expansion

  • Identify and evaluate new market opportunities across Tier 1-3 cities in both high street and Malls.
  • Drive Linen Club expansion through FOFO/COFO/COCO models.
  • Lead franchisee/investor sourcing , negotiation and onboarding.
  • Assess store feasibility , commercial viability and ROI for new locations.
  • Coordinate with real estate, legal and finance teams for closures, renewals and renegotiations.
  • Explore new formats or models (consignment, cluster led expansion etc.)

Team Leadership & Capability Building

  • Lead a large zonal team including Regional Managers, Area Managers and support teams.
  • Set clear performance targets and conduct regular reviews and coaching.
  • Set training calendar with measurable outcomes.
  • Build a strong succession pipeline and develop high potential talent.

Stakeholder and cross-functional

  • Act as the single point of accountability for the zone.
  • Collaborate with merchandising , marketing, supply chain, finance and HR teams.
  • Manage senior franchisee relationships and resolve escalations.
  • Provide market intelligence and feedback to the central leadership team.

Governance and Compliance

  • Ensure compliance and statutory , audit and company policies
  • Oversee timely reporting , MIS accuracy and review mechanisms.

Key KPI's

  • Sales growth and LTL performance
  • Store productivity (SPSF, conversion, ATS)
  • Expansion vs Plan (store openings, closures, ROI)
  • Franchisee profitability and satisfaction
  • Inventory Turns and Ageing
  • Promotional calendar
  • Team attrition and capability metrics.
