About the Role

Responsibilities
- Drive overall sales growth and business expansion across the assigned zone.
- Lead, manage, and mentor the regional sales team to achieve revenue and AUM targets.
- Develop and implement regional sales strategies to strengthen market presence and drive profitability.
- Monitor team performance, productivity, and business development activities across locations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders within the financial ecosystem.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of business objectives and client servicing standards.
- Collaborate with the Investment Banking team by leveraging prior institutional sales experience and industry relationships.
- Facilitate strategic introductions and networking opportunities to support institutional connectivity and business development initiatives.
- Ensure adherence to compliance, regulatory, and internal governance standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum 15+ years of experience in Wealth Management, Financial Services, or Sales Leadership roles.
- Minimum 5 years of prior experience in Institutional Sales is mandatory.
Required Skills
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities with a proven track record of driving business growth.
- Deep understanding of financial markets and investment products including Mutual Funds, PMS, AIFs, and Fixed Income products.
- Strong industry network and relationship management skills.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and business development abilities.
Preferred Skills
- MBA / PGDM in Finance, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- Relevant certifications such as NISM, CFA, or CFP will be an added advantage.
