Qualification: B.Sc. / B. Pharma + MBA

Key Requirements:

• Proven track record of leading sales teams and driving business growth.
• Demonstrated success in establishing and developing referral channels.
• Prior experience managing business operations across 2–3 states.
• Experience with reputed hospitals, pharmaceutical companies, or allied healthcare organizations.
• Strong leadership skills with a growth and business expansion mindset.
