Role/ Job Title: Zonal Head
Business: EIL
Function/ Department: Retail Assets
Job Purpose :
Zonal Head will be responsible for driving the business growth, portfolio quality and operational efficiency for EIL product across the assigned region.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Drive EIL Business for the assigned region by achieving disbursal and revenue targets. Develop and implement zonal business startegies.
- Lead and manage a team of Relationship Managers (RMs), State Heads, and Regional Heads to achieve business, profitability, and productivity targets.
- Drive sales for EIL, ensuring quarterly and annual targets are met.
- Achieve targets for Third-Party Distribution (TPD) and fee income.
- Ensure zero outstanding SEMI/FEMI/TEMI cases by month-end.
- Ensure timely resolution of customer grievances and complaints within the region.
- Strengthen relationships with Retail Liability (RL) branch heads to increase lead generation and ensure quality branch visits by team.
- Oversee recruitment of the right talent to meet business goals and minimize attrition at the zonal level.
- Develop second-line leadership to ensure business continuity and succession planning.
Secondary Responsibilities :
Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies
Provide regular reports and updates on sales performance and market insights to senior management

Any Graduate degree
