Zonal Head – Sales (NCR)

Location: Delhi NCR

Company: Ecowell India

CTC: ₹9,00,000 – ₹12,00,000 per annum + High Performance Incentives (No Upper Limit)

About the Role

Ecowell India is looking for an entrepreneurial and result-driven Zonal Head – Sales to lead our growth across the NCR region. This is a leadership role responsible for driving revenue through a combination of digitally generated leads, channel partners, and project sales while building and mentoring a high-performing sales team.

The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in the Water Softener, Water Treatment, or Water Purification industry, with the ability to convert qualified digital enquiries into profitable business and scale regional operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and achieve the sales and revenue targets for the NCR region.
  • Lead, coach, motivate, and develop a high-performance sales team.
  • Convert high-quality leads generated through the company's digital marketing campaigns into successful sales.
  • Build strong relationships with homeowners, builders, architects, interior designers, MEP consultants, facility management companies, and channel partners.
  • Develop and expand the dealer and distributor network across the assigned territory.
  • Create and execute regional sales strategies to increase market penetration and brand visibility.
  • Conduct customer meetings, product presentations, and commercial negotiations to close high-value opportunities.
  • Ensure excellent customer experience from enquiry to installation.
  • Drive timely collections and maintain healthy receivables.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify new business opportunities.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasting, pipeline management, and regular MIS reporting.

Candidate Profile

  • MBA in Marketing, Sales, or Business Management (Mandatory )
  • 8–12 years of experience in sales, with at least 3 years in a sales leadership role.
  • Mandatory experience in Water Softeners, Water Treatment, Water Purification, or Residential Water Solutions.
  • Proven experience in managing and converting digital marketing leads into revenue.
  • Strong experience in team leadership, sales coaching, and performance management.
  • Demonstrated success in consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and sales pipeline management.
  • Willingness to travel extensively across the NCR region.
