Zonal Credit Manager - West (SME)

Position: Zonal Credit Manager - SME (West)

Reporting to: National Credit Manager

Key Purpose of the Job : The role holder is responsible for managing the SME credit approval process for the zone. The role holder is also responsible for ensuring portfolio quality and delinquencies in the zone.

Education Qualification / Skill sets required: - Commerce Graduate/ Post Graduate in Finance

- Must have prior experience of 10+ years, working in LAP

- Must have headed credit evaluation team for a retail banking product

- Must possess good knowledge and understanding of credit and risk

Key Responsibilities

1. Ensure maintenance of a high quality portfolio in the zone

2. Lead and manage the credit team at the zone

3. Underwrite proposals and make decisions on loan approval and disbursement within empowerment and escalate to National Credit Manager, as appropriate
