Job Title: Zonal Business Head – Sales
Role Overview:
• Lead overall sales strategy and business performance for the assigned West zone
• Drive revenue growth by managing direct industrial customers across Pharma, Chemicals, Water Treatment, Food & Beverage, and allied sectors
• Strengthen key accounts, expand customer relationships, and generate consistent recurring business
• Combine field sales leadership, team management, and technical solution selling
Key Responsibilities:
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales and profitability targets
• Expand existing accounts while developing new business opportunities
• Identify upselling and cross-selling potential within customer operations
• Build strong relationships with engineering, procurement, utility, and maintenance teams
• Conduct regular customer meetings to improve retention and trust
• Lead and mentor Area Sales Executives through performance tracking and coaching
• Build technical knowledge of filtration solutions to support customer requirements
• Coordinate with operations, warehouse, dispatch, and logistics teams for smooth deliveries
• Oversee forecasting, stock planning, collections, CRM accuracy, and MIS reporting
Candidate Profile:
• 8–12 years of B2B industrial sales experience
• Background in industrial consumables, water treatment, pharma, or chemical equipment preferred
• Proven leadership in managing teams and industrial client accounts
• Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable with frequent travel and field-based sales
Education:
• Bachelor's degree in mechanical/chemical engineering preferred
• MBA in Sales/Marketing is an added advantage
