Core Job Responsibilities
- Driving Sales Management processes through ABMs.
- Study of Market potential, Market Share to plan Zonal objectives & allocate Targets & budgets accordingly in the Zone.
- Incentive planning & facilitate and motivate team to earn incentive
- Emphasizing on Field Activities in terms of Doctor Coverage, Repeat Coverage, Doctor & Chemist Call Average & thereby driving 100 % field compliance in Zone.
- Development of Weak region.
- Development of team (RBM, ABM, Reps.)
- To share unique practices of industry and customized strategic input to Marketing team in Designing Marketing campaigns & strategies.
- To drive team on engagement of Doctors as per new MCI Guidelines. - To liason with internal stake holders like Training team, Human Resource, Supply Chain, Finance etc for Business Operations.
