Role Summary

Lead business growth, admissions, revenue, and operations for 38 schools in your zone. Drive performance through strong team leadership, operational excellence, and stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities

• Own zone-level admissions & revenue targets
• Manage end-to-end school operations (38 schools)
• Ensure SOP compliance and academic-support processes
• Lead & mentor Principals and Ops teams
• Drive student retention, parent satisfaction & hiring support
