Job Description :

To be ensure shifting/relocation of the existing MFIN First floor branch to the ground floor each region minimum one branch per month for the zone

.All the approved location should be opened within 60 days

.Ensure approval is obtained for all renewal of lease agreements for branch/guesthouse/Ro's 6 months in advance for the zone

.All the lease renewal proposal/rent enhancement to be within the permissible approved rates

.Follow up & rectification of the admin related complaints raised through I Tracker

.Ensure Swatch Shaka Abhiyan to be conducted as per the set frequency across the regions in zone and recommend deep cleaning activity and R&M work wherever required with valid justification

.Region Branch visits and report submission on a monthly basis
