Zoho Technical Trainee

About the Role

Embark is looking for a Zoho Technical Trainee to join our growing HR Technology team. The role will provide hands-on exposure to Zoho People, Zoho Recruit, Zoho Payroll, Zoho Creator and Zoho integrations, supporting automation, configuration, troubleshooting and implementation for internal and client environments.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is technically curious and wants to build a career in Zoho technology, HR automation and business process transformation.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the implementation and configuration of Zoho People, Recruit and Payroll.
• Understand business requirements and translate them into Zoho workflows and system configurations.
• Build and maintain simple workflows, forms, approvals, notifications and automation.
• Learn and develop Deluge scripts for custom functions and process automation.
• Support API-based integrations between Zoho applications and third-party systems.
• Assist in employee lifecycle automation including recruitment, onboarding, employee movements, attendance, leave, payroll and exit processes.
• Support data migration, data validation and system testing.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide first-level support to users.

Education

• MCA graduates with strong technical fundamentals are encouraged to apply.
