Roles & Responsibilities:
- Lead the architecture and performance optimization of Zoho-based implementations
- Implement, customize, and automate workflows using Deluge and Zoho APIs
- Migrate data across platforms into Zoho applications
- Create tools and scripts to automate business processes
- Integrate Zoho with external systems
- Plan development roadmaps and iterations
- Own the end-to-end development lifecycle and post-deployment support
- Maintain detailed documentation and contribute to a shared knowledge base
- Collaborate with global teams using digital communication tools
