Zoho One & Automation Specialist

This is a remote position.

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Zoho One Specialist with strong expertise in system architecture, workflow automation, and cross-app integrations within the Zoho ecosystem.

This role has two primary objectives:

1. Resolve timezone (IST) configuration issues in Zoho Projects

2. Build an integrated workflow from Zoho Recruit → Zoho CRM → Ignition

3. Build a sales workflow automation from Zoho Survey--Zoho CRM--Ignition.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Zoho Projects – Timezone Fix

- Resolve IST timezone inconsistencies

- Ensure accurate time tracking for India team

- Align system for USA + India teams

2. Zoho One System Architecture

- Integrate Zoho Recruit, CRM, and Ignition

- Maintain CRM as source of truth

3. Zoho Survey Integration

- Capture qualification data

- Implement scoring logic

- Sync data to CRM

4. Zoho CRM Decision Engine

- Build custom fields:

Qualification Score, Recommended Package, Cleanup Required, Tax Risk Level, Proposal Status

- Implement workflows and automation

- Apply scoring + override logic

5. Ignition Integration

- Connect CRM to Ignition via Zapier

- Automate proposal sending

- Update CRM after proposal acceptance

6. Workflow Optimization

- Build scalable onboarding workflows

- Improve operational efficiency

7. Automation Tools

- Use Zoho Flow / Zapier

- Implement Deluge scripting if needed

8. Advisory Role

- Recommend improvements

- Support system scaling

Requirements

Required Qualifications:

- Experience with Zoho One

- Strong Zoho CRM and Zoho Projects expertise

- Workflow automation experience

- Integration experience (Zapier/Zoho Flow)

Preferred Qualifications:

- Based in Kochi

- Experience with CPA firms

- Familiarity with Zoho Recruit, Survey, Ignition

- Deluge scripting experience
