About the Role:
We are seeking a skilledZoho Engineerwith expertise inZoho CRM, Inventory, Commerce,andAPI integrationsto support and optimize operations in our distribution business.
Key Responsibilities:
- CustomizeZoho CRM, Inventory, andCommerceusing Deluge scripting and automation tools
- Build dashboards, reports, and workflows to enhance operations
- Automate orders, invoicing, and data synchronization
- Design and implement API integrations with external platforms (ERP, accounting, marketplaces)
- Analyze processes and recommend automation opportunities
- Provide technical support and maintain documentation
Requirements:
- 5+ yearsof experience with Zoho CRM, Inventory, Commerce, and API integrations
- Strong scripting skills in Deluge, JavaScript, PHP, or Python
- Experience with Zoho Creator, Books, Analytics, and Flow is a plus
- Problem-solving mindset and strong communication skills
- Experience in distribution, supply chain, or e-commerce environments preferred
