Zoho Trainer
Role & responsibilities:
We are looking to hire a Zoho Developer & Trainer with hands-on experience in implementing Zoho products. The ideal candidate will deliver training and support to external clients, ensuring successful adoption and utilization of Zoho applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct training sessions, workshops, and product demonstrations for external clients on Zoho applications.
- Simplify technical concepts and ensure clear understanding for non-technical users.
- Provide post-implementation support and guidance to clients.
- Gather client feedback and recommend improvements to enhance user experience.
- Create reports and dashboards using Zoho Analytics.
- Maintain detailed documentation of configurations, customizations, and processes.
- Promptly follow up on support requests and end-user feedback.
- Use appropriate tools and strategies to provide effective solutions to user concerns.
- Administration of the suite of Zoho One applications including Zoho CRM, Books, Analytics, Creator, Projects, Desk, and more.
- Develop and maintain custom features, widgets, and functionalities to support business requirements.
- Integrate Zoho applications with third-party systems using APIs.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Zoho applications.
- Work with the support team to resolve any reported issues, track issues, and provide periodic updates.
Preferred candidate profile:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in implementing Zoho products.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills are required.
- Should have experience in Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, Zoho Creator, Zoho Flow, Zoho Analytics, Zoho Desk, and Zoho Marketing apps.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills (MANDATORY) ability to confidently train and interact with external clients.
- Master of Computer Applications or BS degree in Information Technology or Computer Science or relevant field.
- The ability to deal with multiple requests without being overwhelmed.
- The ability to remain professional under pressure.
- Superb work ethic and a growth mindset.
