Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Zoho Developer with strong expertise in Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, Deluge scripting, API integrations, and workflow automation. The ideal candidate should be capable of designing, developing, and implementing scalable Zoho solutions while collaborating directly with functional consultants, project managers, and clients.

Zoho Certified Professionals will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop and customize applications using Zoho Creator.
Configure and customize Zoho CRM modules, layouts, fields, workflows, blueprints and automation.
Develop complex business logic using Deluge scripting.
Build REST API integrations between Zoho and third-party applications.
Develop custom functions, widgets, client scripts and server-side automation.
Integrate Zoho applications with ERP, Payment Gateways, Telephony, WhatsApp, E-commerce platforms and other external systems.
Configure Zoho Flow and webhooks for business process automation.
Develop reports, dashboards and business intelligence solutions.
Perform testing, debugging, optimization and production deployment.
Prepare technical documentation and implementation guides.
Provide post-implementation support and issue resolution.
Work closely with Functional Consultants and Project Managers to deliver projects within timelines.
Participate in client requirement gathering sessions and solution design discussions.

Required Technical Skills

Strong hands-on experience in Zoho Creator
Strong hands-on experience in Zoho CRM
Excellent knowledge of Deluge Scripting
Experience with REST APIs and Webhooks
Experience with OAuth Authentication
Experience in third-party integrations
Knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript
SQL and database fundamentals
Understanding of JSON and XML
Version control using Git (preferred)

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.
Zoho Certified Developer/Zoho Creator Certified/Zoho CRM Certified preferred.
Experience working in a Zoho Partner organization is an added advantage.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
