Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Zoho Developer with strong hands-on experience in Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, and the overall Zoho ecosystem. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, customizing, and optimizing Zoho applications to meet business requirements, improve process automation, and ensure seamless integration across the Zoho suite and third-party platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and customize modules, workflows, and blueprints in Zoho CRM to streamline business operations.
- Build and enhance applications using Zoho Creator and other Zoho tools.
- Implement and manage integrations between Zoho apps (CRM, Books, Creator, Projects, etc.) for unified data flow.
- Write and maintain Deluge scripts to automate business logic and enhance system functionality.
- Design and implement dashboards, automation, and analytical reports for management insights.
- Manage and configure API integrations with third-party systems to support business needs.
- Troubleshoot, optimize, and maintain existing Zoho setups to ensure system efficiency and reliability.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Expertise in Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, and Zoho ecosystem development.
- Strong proficiency in Deluge scripting and Zoho's workflow automation.
- Hands-on experience with API integration and third-party tools.
- In-depth understanding of data management, dashboards, and reporting within Zoho.
- Ability to analyze business processes and implement scalable solutions.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
Qualifications:
- Any Graduate with Zoho CRM Certification (mandatory).
- 25 years of hands-on experience working with Zoho applications.
