Grow Your Staff is hiring a Zoho Developer to supportaHouston-based operations and technology consulting firm. The position is a full-time, remote opportunity.

The role will have excellent growth opportunities. You will work directly with the team based in the US.

Experience required: 3-5 years

Time: 5:30 PM to 2:30 AM IST (Monday - Friday)

Salary: INR 12-18 LPA

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, customize, and maintain solutions using Zoho applications to meet business and client requirements.
• Configure modules, workflows, automation rules, custom functions, and business processes within the Zoho ecosystem.
• Build and manage integrations between Zoho applications and third-party tools to streamline business operations.
• Work with Zoho Deluge scripting to implement custom logic, automate processes, and enhance application functionality.
• Support Salesforce-related requirements, including configuration, customization, and integrations, wherever applicable.
• Analyze existing systems, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and usability.
• Troubleshoot technical issues, perform testing, and ensure the reliability and performance of implemented solutions.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to gather requirements, recommend suitable approaches, and deliver solutions aligned with project objectives.
• Document technical configurations, customizations, and workflows to support ongoing maintenance and future enhancements.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in Zoho development, customization, and implementation.
• Strong understanding of Zoho applications, particularly Zoho CRM, along with workflows, automation, custom functions, and integrations.
• Experience with Deluge scripting and the ability to develop custom solutions within the Zoho platform.
• Working knowledge of Salesforce, including its CRM functionality, customization capabilities, workflows, and integrations.
• Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable and maintainable technical solutions.
• Familiarity with APIs, webhooks, and third-party integrations is preferred.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
