Job Overview
We are looking for a skilled Zoho Developer with hands-on experience in Zoho CRM implementation, customization, and integration. The candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing Zoho-based business solutions that streamline business processes and improve operational efficiency.
The ideal candidate should have strong experience in Zoho CRM, Deluge scripting, Zoho Creator, Zoho Flow, APIs, and third-party integrations, along with the ability to understand business requirements and convert them into effective technical solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, customize, and implement Zoho CRM solutions based on business requirements.
- Configure modules, workflows, layouts, validation rules, approvals, reports, and dashboards in Zoho CRM.
- Develop custom functions and automation using Deluge scripting.
- Integrate Zoho CRM with third-party applications using REST APIs and webhooks.
- Work with Zoho Creator to develop custom applications and business workflows.
- Use Zoho Flow for workflow automation and application integrations.
- Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for automation.
- Gather requirements from business stakeholders and translate them into technical solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Zoho CRM, integrations, workflows, and custom functions.
- Perform testing, debugging, deployment, and maintenance of Zoho solutions.
- Prepare technical documentation for customizations, integrations, and implemented solutions.
- Collaborate with functional, business, and technical teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Required Skills
- 2–4 years of hands-on experience as a Zoho Developer / Zoho CRM Developer.
- Strong knowledge of Zoho CRM customization and implementation.
- Hands-on experience with Deluge scripting.
- Experience with Zoho Creator.
- Experience with Zoho Flow and workflow automation.
- Good understanding of REST APIs, JSON, webhooks, and third-party integrations.
- Experience in CRM workflows, automation, custom modules, reports, and dashboards.
- Good understanding of business process automation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in implementing Zoho CRM from requirement gathering through deployment.
- Experience integrating Zoho CRM with external applications.
- Knowledge of other Zoho applications such as Zoho Books, Zoho Desk, Zoho Analytics, or Zoho Campaigns is an advantage.
- Zoho certifications will be an added advantage.
Candidate Preference
Hyderabad-based candidates will be preferred, as this is an onsite position.
