About The Role
AIVORA Techlabs is seeking an experienced Zoho Developer to design, customize, implement, and support Zoho-based business solutions for clients across multiple industries. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Zoho applications, Deluge scripting, API integrations, workflow automation, and business process optimization.
The candidate will work closely with consultants, project managers, and clients to deliver scalable digital transformation solutions aligned with AIVORA Techlab's AI-driven automation and ERP consulting services.
Key Roles & ResponsibilitiesZoho Implementation & Customization
- Implement and configure Zoho applications including:
- Zoho CRM
- Zoho Books
- Zoho Creator
- Zoho Desk
- Zoho People
- Zoho Inventory
- Zoho Projects
- Zoho Analytics
- Gather client requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Customize modules, layouts, workflows, blueprints, and automation rules.
Development & Automation
- Develop custom applications using Zoho Creator.
- Write and maintain Deluge scripts.
- Build advanced workflow automations and business process solutions.
- Create custom functions, schedules, approvals, and notifications.
- Design AI-assisted automation workflows where applicable.
Integration & API Development
- Integrate Zoho applications with third-party platforms and enterprise systems.
- Develop REST API integrations.
- Work with payment gateways, ERP systems, HRMS, e-commerce platforms, and external SaaS applications.
- Ensure secure data synchronization across systems.
Quality & Delivery
- Perform testing and quality assurance before deployment.
- Ensure timely project delivery.
- Maintain coding standards and documentation.
- Support ongoing optimization and enhancements.
Required SkillsTechnical Skills
- Strong experience in Zoho CRM customization.
- Hands-on experience with Zoho Creator.
- Proficiency in Deluge scripting.
- Experience with Zoho Books, Desk, People, Inventory, and Analytics.
- REST APIs and Webhooks.
- JSON, XML, JavaScript, HTML, CSS.
- Third-party API integrations.
- Database concepts and data migration.
Functional Skills
- Business process mapping.
- Workflow design and automation.
- ERP/CRM implementation experience.
- Client communication and requirement analysis.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.
- Zoho Certified Developer (preferred).

- Exposure to AI automation, business automation, or digital transformation projects.
- Experience working with multiple client implementations.
