Job Description

Looking for a Zoho Developer with 1–3 years of experience to develop, customize, and integrate Zoho applications based on business requirements. The candidate should have hands-on experience with Zoho CRM, Zoho Desk/Helpdesk, Zoho People, Zoho Payroll, and Zoho Creator.

Key Responsibilities:

Customize Zoho CRM modules, workflows, automation, layouts, and reports.
Configure and customize Zoho Desk/Helpdesk for ticketing and service processes.
Work on Zoho People and Zoho Payroll configurations and integrations.
Develop custom applications and workflows using Zoho Creator.
Develop Deluge scripts for automation and business logic.
Work with Zoho APIs and third-party integrations.
Understand business requirements and convert them into practical Zoho solutions.
Troubleshoot issues, test configurations, and provide production support.
Work with Business Analysts and functional teams for requirement analysis and implementation.
