Summary:

The Zoho Deluge Expert is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining custom automation solutions across Zoho applications. This role focuses on building reliable, scalable scripts and integrations that support complex business workflows.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, optimize, and maintain Deluge scripts

• Customize Zoho CRM modules, layouts, and automation

• Build and enhance Zoho Creator applications

• Design workflow rules, custom functions, and approvals

• Integrate Zoho applications with third-party systems using APIs

• Perform data migration, data cleanup, and validation

• Troubleshoot performance and functional issues

• Conduct testing and ensure solution reliability

• Create clear technical documentation

• Support ongoing system improvements and upgrades
