Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled
Accountant with
3-4 years of professional experience and working knowledge of
Zoho CRM. The candidate will manage day-to-day accounting operations while supporting sales and customer data management through Zoho CRM to ensure accurate financial tracking and seamless integration between accounting and sales teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate financial records including accounts payable and receivable.
- Reconcile bank statements, ledgers, and financial reports.
- Collaborate with the sales team to align financial data with customer information in Zoho CRM.
- Monitor and track sales transactions, invoicing, and collections using Zoho CRM data.
- Generate financial and sales reports for management review.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
- Support audit activities by providing relevant documentation and reports.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and timely filing of returns.
- Utilize Zoho CRM to maintain customer billing and payment records
Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 3-4 years of accounting experience.
- Hands-on experience with Zoho CRM for managing customer and sales data.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Proficient in MS Excel and accounting software.
- Good analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills
Preferred
- Experience with other Zoho apps (Zoho Books, Zoho Inventory) is a plus.
- Professional certification (CA Inter, CPA, CMA) is an advantage
