The Zoho CRM Executive will be responsible for managing, maintaining, and improving the company's CRM system using Zoho CRM. The role includes dealer/distributor data management, sales pipeline tracking, automation support, lead allocation, customer follow-up monitoring, dashboard preparation, and ensuring proper CRM usage across sales teams.
The candidate will work closely with ASMs, sales teams, marketing, service, and management to improve sales visibility, dealer engagement, customer experience, and reporting accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
CRM Operations
- Manage daily operations of Zoho CRM platform
- Create and maintain dealer, distributor, retailer, and customer databases
- Ensure data accuracy, duplicate removal, and CRM hygiene
- Monitor lead flow and proper lead assignment
- Track sales pipeline and follow-up activities
- Ensure timely closure of leads and opportunities
Sales Team Coordination
- Coordinate with ASMs, RSMs, and sales teams for CRM updates
- Ensure field sales teams regularly update visits, orders, and follow-ups
- Track productivity of sales employees through CRM
- Support onboarding and training of sales teams on CRM usage
Lead Management
- Monitor inbound leads from website, digital marketing, toll-free numbers, and campaigns
- Allocate leads to concerned sales persons or dealers
- Track TAT (Turnaround Time) for lead response
- Prepare lead conversion analysis reports
Dashboard & Reporting
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports
- Create sales dashboards and KPI trackers
- Analyze lead conversion, sales funnel, dealer productivity, and customer engagement
- Present reports to management
Automation & Process Improvement
- Support CRM workflow automation and process optimization
- Coordinate with Zoho vendors/developers for customization
- Improve SOP implementation through CRM
- Suggest improvements for better user adoption and reporting
Customer & Dealer Engagement
- Maintain dealer communication records
- Track complaints and resolution status
- Support loyalty, retention, and engagement programs
- Ensure customer database segmentation for marketing campaigns
Key KPIs

- Experience handling dealer/distributor networks preferred
