Zoho CRM developer

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Zoho CRM professional with hands-on experience in Zoho

CRM to design, implement, and manage CRM solutions. The ideal candidate should

have a strong understanding of business processes and be capable of customizing

CRM workflows to meet client requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure, customize, and implement Zoho CRM based on business needs

• Create and manage modules, fields, layouts, workflows, and automation

• Develop and maintain custom functions using Deluge scripting

• Design reports, dashboards, and analytics for business insights

• Troubleshoot issues and ensure smooth system performance

Requirements

• Undergraduate or a postgraduate technical degree (preferably

BCA/MCA/B.Tech).

• A minimum of 2-5 years of experience in working with Zoho CRM application

development and implementation.

• Work experience in Zoho's programming language Deluge is must.

• Work experience in other programming languages such as Java or Python

or any relevant programming languages is an added advantage.

• Knowledge on business requirement documentation.

• Prior exposure to API integration with external systems is a plus.

• A passion for continuous learning.

• Team player & team co-ordination on day-to-day activities
