About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Zoho CRM Developer with strong expertise in Zoho CRM, Zoho Campaigns, and Zoho Marketing Automation, along with hands-on experience in Sprinklr integrations. The ideal candidate will play a key role in designing, implementing, and optimizing CRM-driven customer engagement and marketing automation solutions.
This role requires close collaboration with business, sales, marketing, and customer service teams to build scalable, integrated, and data-driven customer experience solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure, customize, and enhance Zoho CRM modules, layouts, workflows, validation rules, and automation processes.
- Design and implement lead management, customer lifecycle, and marketing automation workflows using Zoho Campaigns and Zoho Marketing Automation.
- Integrate Zoho CRM with Sprinklr to enable seamless synchronization of leads, cases, customer interactions, and social engagement data.
- Develop and maintain custom functions, Deluge scripts, workflows, and blueprints to automate business processes.
- Design and implement integrations using REST APIs, webhooks, middleware, OAuth, and JSON-based services.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and synchronization across CRM, marketing, and customer engagement platforms.
- Create reports, dashboards, and analytics to support business decision-making and campaign performance tracking.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
- Support UAT, production deployments, issue resolution, and continuous platform enhancements.
- Troubleshoot CRM, marketing automation, and integration-related issues while ensuring optimal system performance.
Required Skills & Experience
Mandatory Skills
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in Zoho CRM development and customization.
- Strong experience with Zoho Campaigns and/or Zoho Marketing Automation.
- Experience integrating Zoho CRM with external platforms, preferably Sprinklr.
- Proficiency in Deluge scripting, custom functions, workflows, blueprints, and CRM customization.
- Strong knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, OAuth, and webhooks.
- Understanding of CRM architecture, lead lifecycle management, customer journeys, and marketing funnels.
- Experience with integration testing, deployment support, and data validation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with telephony integrations and social listening platforms.
- Hands-on experience with Zoho Analytics and advanced reporting dashboards.
- Understanding of marketing compliance, data privacy, and governance requirements.
- Zoho CRM, Zoho Campaigns, or Zoho Marketing Automation certifications.
- Exposure to enterprise CRM transformation projects.
