- Experience with WordPress website management
- Solid knowledge of Zoho CRM
- Set up & manage Zoho CRM, including customization, integrations
- Collect & organize customer data within Zoho
- Prepare the CRM &website systems for future email marketing
Required Candidate profile
- Maintain, update & troubleshoot the company's WordPress website
- Understanding of online marketing systems (email campaigns, lead tracking)
