We are looking for a skilled Zoho CRM Consultant / Zoho Solutions Specialist who can lead end-to-end consulting, implementation, and customisation projects across Zoho CRM, Zoho One, and Zoho Creator.
The ideal candidate will understand business processes deeply, propose the right Zoho solutions, and deliver high-quality implementations aligned with Winfomi's standards of trust, quality, and long-term customer value.
Key Responsibilities
Consultation & Requirement Analysis
- Engage with clients to understand business needs and translate them into Zoho solutions.
- Propose process improvements and best practices within the Zoho ecosystem.
- Prepare solution blueprints, effort estimations, and implementation plans.
Zoho CRM Implementation & Customization
- Configure modules, layouts, workflows, automations, assignment rules, blueprints.
- Implement validation rules, scoring rules, approval processes, and automation logic.
- Set up integrations within Zoho ecosystem (Zoho Desk, Books, Campaigns, Sign, etc.).
Zoho Creator & Zoho One Ecosystem
- Build custom apps in Zoho Creator using Deluge scripting.
- Configure Zoho One applications as per business workflows.
- Integrate Zoho apps using APIs, webhooks, and Deluge functions.
Technical Execution
- Manage data migrationimports, mapping, cleansing, deduplication.
- Create dashboards, reports, and analytics for business insights.
- Build custom functions, widgets, and extensions where required.
Client Engagement & Delivery
- Conduct UAT sessions, training, and post-go-live support.
- Communicate progress clearly with stakeholders.
- Ensure project delivery with quality, ownership, and customer success mindset.
Required Skills & Experience
- 25 years of hands-on experience in Zoho CRM implementation.
- Strong knowledge of Zoho One ecosystem and cross-app collaboration.
- Experience in Zoho Creator, Deluge scripting, workflows, and custom apps.
- Good understanding of sales, marketing, support, and operations processes.
- Ability to gather requirements, design solutions, and drive end-to-end delivery.
- Experience in API-based integrations and custom functions.
- Strong communication and client-handling capabilities.
- Certifications in Zoho (preferred but not mandatory).
