Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Own and manage ZIGRAM's Zoho CRM ecosystem end to end
  • Customize CRM modules, fields, layouts, pipelines, and access controls
  • Design and implement automation across lead, deal, customer, and support lifecycles
  • Build and maintain Deluge scripts for workflows, validations, buttons, and scheduled actions
  • Integrate Zoho CRM with Zoho Desk, Marketing tools, WhatsApp, telephony, and third-party systems
  • Configure Zoho Desk workflows, SLAs, escalations, and CRM Desk synchronization
  • Implement WhatsApp Business API and calling integrations with full activity logging
  • Create dashboards, reports, and analytics for sales, operations, and leadership
  • Ensure CRM data quality, hygiene, deduplication, and performance optimization
  • Collaborate with Sales, Support, Marketing, Product, and Engineering teams on system improvements
  • Troubleshoot CRM issues, identify automation gaps, and recommend scalable solutions
  • Maintain documentation, SOPs, process flows, and change logs for CRM adoption and scalability

Qualifications

  • 3-6 years of experience in Zoho CRM administration, automation, or SaaS CRM operations

Required Skills

  • Strong understanding of CRM workflows, automation, and customer lifecycle management
  • Hands-on experience with Zoho CRM, Zoho Desk, and CRM/ticketing systems
  • Ownership mindset with a strong focus on system efficiency, data accuracy, and adoption
  • Solution-oriented approach with continuous learning in automation and integrations
  • Ability to remain composed and analytical while troubleshooting CRM and workflow issues
  • Strong stakeholder management skills across sales, support, and marketing teams
  • Excellent organizational and prioritization skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple CRM initiatives and deliver within timelines
  • Proficient with documentation, reporting, and Microsoft Office tools
  • Strong listening and analytical skills with a process improvement mindset

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with additional CRM platforms and tools
  • Knowledge of data analytics and reporting tools
