ZOHO Implementation Specialist.If you love working with
CRMs or
ERP software or are even ready to learn that and profess, educate and train our clients for the same, then come with your awesome experience and amazing independent working skills.
Responsibilities And Duties
On a typical work day with us, you'll
- Have a functional understanding of ZOHO in its entirety
- Assist, train and create guidelines for the users
- Demonstrate the product to client and help in complete understanding
- Be ready to travel to different on site locations
- Work closely with other teams to help in business development
Get insights into the client's business and help remodel the product accordingly
Requirements
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
It would be amazing if you could
- Be excellent in communication and interpersonal skills
- Ready and excited to travel to locations for onsite
- Be elaborative and good at imparting knowledge
- Have a decent experience of working as an implementation specialist
- Have relevant knowledge of MS Office suite, basic knowledge of ZOHO, CRMs and ERPs.
- Task master with updated professional skills
- Believe in the implementation of your work as a noble task
