Job Title : Zoho Books Junior Accountant
Job Type : Full-Time
Experience : 3-5 years
Location : Hyderabad, Telangana (On-Site)
Responsibilities
- Must have experience in accounting.
- Must have experience in Zoho Books end-to-end accounting, invoicing, and reporting.
- Strong understanding of GST regulations and the return filing process.
- Experience in invoice management (creation, tracking, reconciliation).
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles and standards.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and payroll software.
- Knowledge of payroll laws, regulations, and compliance requirements is preferred.
- Excellent Excel skills and basic knowledge of other MS Office tools.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in financial data.
- Maintain and update financial records using Zoho Books.
- Generate and manage invoices for clients and vendors.
- Prepare and file GST returns in a timely and accurate manner.
- Monitor accounts payable and receivable.
- Reconcile bank statements and financial discrepancies.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Ensure compliance with statutory law and financial regulations.
- Coordinate with external auditors and tax consultants as needed.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to support business decisions.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
