We are looking for a Senior Zoho Books Implementation Consultant with deep functional knowledge and a proven ability to deliver client implementations end-to-end.
The ideal candidate is client-facing, detail-oriented, and capable of translating complex business requirements into scalable Zoho Books configurations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end Zoho Books implementations for clients across multiple industries
- Conduct detailed discovery sessions to understand client business requirements
- Perform gap analysis between client requirements and Zoho Books capabilities
- Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and Functional Requirement Documents (FRD)
- Design and configure workflows, automation rules, and approval processes
- Communicate implementation progress, risks, and timelines clearly to clients
- Ensure implementations are delivered on time and within project scope
- Train client teams on Zoho Books usage and best practices
- Maintain complete and accurate project documentation throughout the implementation lifecycle
Requirements
Hands-on Zoho Books implementation or similar tool experience will be an added advantage
Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial workflows
Experience in BRD/FRD documentation and gap analysis
Excellent client communication and stakeholder management skills
Accounting knowledge is a strong plus
BCA MCA/MSC-IT / B.Tech preferred
